Sotera loses $100M contract fight

Sotera Defense lost its last shot at winning a $100 million Army contract that went to Raytheon, the Washington Business Journal reported.

Raytheon and Sotera have had dueling protests as Sotera first won the Electronic Warfare Planning and Management Tool contract. Raytheon protested and the Army reconsidered. Raytheon won the second time around and Sotera protested with the Government Accountability Office and lost.

This led the company to file with the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, where Sotera lost again.
