Force 3 names new CEO

Les Trachtman becomes CEO of Force 3, as founder Rocky Cintron takes the chairman title.
Force 3 founder and current CEO, Rocky Cintron, is dropping that title, naming Les Trachtman the company’s new chief executive.
Cintron will remain as the chairman of the board.
“As COO, Les has implemented game-changing processes,” Cintron said. “He has been the driving force behind our leadership programs, and the catalyst to change the mix of our business.”
Trachtman joined Force 3 in 2008 as its chief operating officer, after being the CEO of several other companies, including Transcentive and e-OneHundred Group. He also ran corporate development for Progress Software and Hyperion Software.
Cintron founded Force 3 in 1992, and has grown the company to 300 employees since then.
“Rocky did the magic part at Force 3, starting a company from nothing and building it into a recognized leader,” Trachtman said. “I am focused on improving what`s already here."
