TASC makes four executive moves

TASC Inc. has made four strategic executive movements over the past few days, boosting its leadership in the areas of infrastructure, defense, intelligence and cyber.

Bruce Phillips, a TASC veteran of over 30 years, will serve as senior vice president of the civil and infrastructure security group, reporting to the office of the CEO. He previously served as vice president of the company’s infrastructure protection and security business unit.

Rick Wagner has been promoted to senior vice president of the company’s defense group, and will also report to the office of the chief executive officer. He has been with TASC for the past 13 years, and most recently served as vice president of the defense business unit.

Tom Kilcline will take Wagner’s place as vice president of the defense business unit. He is a retired Navy vice admiral, and joined TASC in 2011, serving as the company’s vice president of Navy programs.  

Terry Roberts will serve as vice president of Intelligence and Cyber in the company’s Intelligence group. She was most recently executive director for interagency acquisition and cyber at Carnegie Mellon Software Engineering Institute, where she led the its technical enablement for the Defense Department, intelligence community and federal government.
