Twelve more win $98.7M C5ISR contract with Navy
Twelve will provide command, control, communications, computers, combat systems, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance services to U.S. Navy.
Twelve small businesses have won $98.7 million task order contract to provide command, control, communications, computers, combat systems, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance electronics and services to the U.S. Navy.
Winners of the contract are as follow:

- Imagine One StraCon Venture LLC
- Network Security Systems Plus Inc.

- Syneren Technologies Corp.
- Paladin Solutions LLC
- KNWEBS Inc.
The base-year of the contract is worth $19.7 million cost-plus-fixed-fee has provisions for fixed-price-incentive and firm-fixed-price orders, and includes options that would bring the cumulative value of these multiple award contracts to $98.7 million, according to a Defense Department announcement.
Services will support the mission capabilities within the Business Force Support Portfolio, including research, development, test, evaluation, production and fielding of sustainable, secure, survivable and interoperable electronics, operations and information, the announcement said.
Twenty one offers were received. Contract funds will not expire at the end of fiscal 2012. Work is expected to be completed by August 2013, unless additional options are exercised, in which case work will be completed by August 2017.
Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic is the contracting activity.
The Navy awarded a similar contract to seven other small businesses earlier this week.
