9 firms capture $476M defense contract
The nine will compete for tasks in systems engineering, information assurance and program management among others. Who made the cut?
Nine companies have won spots on the Defense Department's Omnibus Network Enterprise contract worth $476 million.
The five-year ONE contract will provide a range of engineering and communications services to federal agencies. The Defense Information Systems Agency is the contracting authority.
Under the contract, the companies will compete for individual task orders to deliver support services in areas such as systems engineering, information assurance, security, test and evaluation, enterprise architecture and program management.
The nine awardees are:
- AT&T Technical Services Company
- Booz Allen Hamilton
- CACI Technologies Inc.
- General Dynamics One Source LLC
- Link Solutions Inc.
- ManTech Information Systems and Technology Corp.
- MorganFranklin Corp.
- TASC Inc.
- TWD & Associates Inc.
“Our goal is to deliver sophisticated engineering and game-changing mission solutions that are efficient, smart and secure,” says Richard Bowers, vice president of Mission Solutions at TASC. The company has a team that includes 18 subcontractors.
