OMB's Myth Busting about to begin again

Officials continue to clarify issues between industry and government.

The Office of Management and Budget is working on another piece of its myth-busting campaign, Washington Business Journal reports.

Officials hope to address issues like proprietary data, such as what information the government can own and limitations on what it can share. The second phase may also deal with how much information agencies can share before they release a solicitation for a contract, according to the story.

The Obama administration launched the Myth Busting Campaign in 2010 to address misconceptions to improve communication with industry during the acquisition process.
