Contractors are worried about increased competition and lack of financial security as federal agencies need to do more with fewer funds and rush to hand out contracts before the next budget cycle arrives, the article said.
This issue, as well as ways to help companies network and learn about receiving federal contracts, was discussed at the Montgomery County Chamber's GovConNet Procurement Conference and Expo on May 4.
