MICHAEL MANCUSO Mancuso has come out of retirementto become chief financial officerat Computer Sciences Corp. Hereplaces interim CFO Donald DeBuck,the company said. DeBuck will continuein his role as vice president and corporatecontroller.Mancuso retired as CFO of GeneralDynamics Corp. in 2006 after holdingthe position for about 12 years. He waspart of the team that oversaw severalmajor acquisitions to build GeneralDynamics' information technologybusiness.A major role for him at CSC will behelping the company weather the currenteconomic downturn.During his retirement, Mancuso wasactive as a member of CACI InternationalInc.'s board of directors.However, he resigned from that spotwhen he accepted the position at CSC. PETER ORSZAG AND ROB NABORS President-elect Barack Obamanamed economistOrszag to be directorof the Office ofManagement andBudget. Nabors will beOMB's deputy director.In those positions,Orszag and Nabors will have a greatdeal of influence on budget andprocurement policies.
