Stanley to advance Army intelligence technologies

Stanley will assist the Futures Directorate, Headquarters, Army Intelligence and Security Command in the coordination of technology development.

Stanley Inc. will assist the Army Intelligence and Security Command to develop and adapt the latest advances in intelligence technology under a $45 million task order.

Under this award, Stanley will assist the Futures Directorate, Headquarters, Army Intelligence and Security Command in the coordination of technology development for the command mission.

The Futures Directorate develops and integrates advanced technology that will enhance the Intelligence and Security Command's mission through evolving hardware, software and advanced intelligence tactics, techniques and procedures.

Stanley also will help coordinate and synchronize a product team comprising numerous contractors that assist the Futures Directorate to identify requirements and perform projects.

The task order stems from an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract for the Futures Directorate Technology Insertion Mission, which Stanley announced in July.

Stanley, of Arlington, Va., ranks No. 48 on Washington Technology's 2008 Top 100 list of the largest federal government prime contractors.
