CTG Inc. will provide information security services and update older computers for Alaska under a series of contracts signed with the state's Department of Administration.

The contracts will enable the company to provide information security services through the state's Task Order System. An initial contract for these services could be worth as much as $15 million over five years, company officials said in a news release.

CTG's Anchorage office will furnish information technology security services and solutions for access control, application security, business continuity and disaster recovery, and risk management and cryptography, the company said.

The work of CTG, based in Buffalo, N.Y., will help state agencies meet federal and state mandates to upgrade IT security on older systems.
