Tyler lands three ERP deals
Tyler Technologies will install financial enterprise resource planning software for three local government clients.
Tyler Technologies Inc. has won contracts totaling $2.2 million to install financial enterprise resource planning software for three local government clients.
Tyler said it will implement its Munis financial management software for Cayuga County, N.Y., St. Charles County, Mo., and the city of El Centro, Calif.
Under the contracts, the three clients will receive a suite of financial and human resource applications, as well as Munis Business Objects and Tyler Government Accounting Standards Board 34 Report Writer to improve reporting capabilities.
Tyler also will provide professional services and maintenance with all three software agreements.
Each jurisdiction picked financial applications to meet its individual needs. For example, Cayuga County will implement several applications from the revenue suite, including the Munis New York Tax and Munis New York Civil Service applications.
As for St. Charles County, it opted for several revenue applications, such as Munis Permits and Code Enforcement, Munis Business Licenses and Munis General Billing. It also will use a self-service application.
El Centro opted for Munis Business Licenses, General Billing and Utility Billing applications, as well as the self-service feature for business and utility billing.
