DynTek snaps up Sensible Security Solutions

DynTek Inc. has acquired Sensible Security Solutions, an Ottawa company that designs and implements enterprise-level security solutions.

Founded in 1995, Sensible Security Solutions assists Canadian organizations in the private and public sectors. Paul Saucier, president of Sensible Security Solutions will serve as president of DynTek Canada Inc. Dyntek is in Irvine, Calif.

In addition to professional technology services, Sensible Security Solutions offers support services through online, phone and e-mail using a centralized customer service center in Ottawa.

For the year ending June 30, Sensible Security Solutions' revenue exceeded $7 million.

"Sensible Security Solutions' strong client relationships and vendor partnerships within the Canadian security market, coupled with our Toronto operations, will enable DynTek to achieve a critical mass in the Canadian market," said Casper Zublin Jr., DynTek's chief executive officer.
