NCI locks in F-22 computer support deal

The contract is worth $18.6 million, and the work is expected to last three years, with deliveries timed to coincide with F-22 deployments. The Air Force made the award through the Network Centric Solutions contract.
The Air Force's F-22 System Program Office is at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio. The work is in support of Air Combat Command at Langley Air Force Base in Virginia.
NCI Information Systems Inc. is a unit of NCI Inc., Reston, Va.
NCI Information Systems, which has about 1,400 employees and annual sales of $123.1 million, ranks No. 71 on Washington Technology's 2006 Top 100 list of federal IT prime contractors.
