DOD re-ups NewVectors for business transformation support

NewVectors LLC won a $7.7 million contract that extends and expands the scope of the company's efforts in support of the Defense Department's Business Transformation Agency.

Under the award, NewVectors will supply a wide range of support services to the Business Transformation Agency, including systems engineering, acquisition and program support, management and administrative support, and evaluation and oversight support.

The Business Transformation Agency is responsible for leading business enterprise-wide transformation efforts across the DOD. Its mission is to improve war fighter support while making the department financially accountable.

The company has supported the transformation and its predecessor the Business Management Modernization Program.

NewVectors is a unit of Ann Arbor, Mich.-based Altarum.
