SiloSmashers buys Martis Group

SiloSmashers has acquired Martis Group, a program and project management services provider. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The Martis Group of Dallas has clients in the federal government, as well as the oil and gas, transportation, insurance and investment banking industries. The deal is the second acquisition for SiloSmashers and is part of its aggressive growth strategy, the company said in a statement announcing the deal.

SiloSmashers of Fairfax, Va., is a management and consulting company that specializes in business transformation and project management services to the public and private sectors.
