DRC lands Air Force B-2 program support work
Dynamics Research Corp. won a $5.7 million contract for advisory and assistance services to the B-2 Systems Group at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
A subsidiary of Dynamics Research Corp. will continue its work on the Air Forces B-2 under a new contract.
The unit, HJ Ford, won the $5.7 million contract for advisory and assistance services to the B-2 Systems Group at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
The contract combines both existing and new work. The award was made against HJ Ford's blanket purchase agreement with the Aeronautical Systems Center.
Under this one-year task order, HJ Ford and its teammates will provide the B-2 Systems Group with program management, technical, and administrative support to the programs, low observable, airframe, armament, and integration management branches within the B-2 Systems Group organization.
DRC of Andover, Mass., has about 2,000 employees and had annual sales of $276 million in fiscal 2004. The company ranks No. 69 on Washington Technology's 2005 Top 100 list of federal prime contractors.
