High Performance picked for DOJ grants support

SRA International Inc. has chosen High Performance Technologies Inc. as a partner in an $80 million project to provide IT services to the Justice Department.

SRA International Inc. of Fairfax, Va., has chosen High Performance Technologies Inc. as a partner in an $80 million project to provide IT services to the Justice Department, said officials from High Performance.

DOJ awarded the competitive task order through the ITSS 3 contract for the Office of Justice Programs. The OJP provides federal leadership in developing the nation's capacity to prevent and control crime, administer justice and assist victims.

Reston, Va.-based High Performance has experience in grant management, enterprise architecture and software development, said company President Timothy P. Keenan.

"High Performance currently provides several services to the DOJ through the Office of the Chief Information Officer, but this task order win marks the first time the company will work within the OJP," he said.

The two companies have previously partnered on several engagements, including Line of Business support for the Office of Management and Budget. The OMB project is similar to the work the team will perform on a grants management system, a major component of the Justice task order.
