Vital records database overhaul

The Arizona Department of Health Services' Office of Vital Records wants to replace the software and database design that supports information related to births and deaths in the state. An RFP is expected in March.

The requirements for the state's Vital Records Registry and Customer Service systems include project planning and management, requirements definition, user interface design, database design, security modeling, applications development, testing, user training and data conversion.
