Thomas & Herbert wins new HUD work
Thomas & Herbert Consulting LLC won six new contracts worth more than $20 million to provide a range of services to the Housing and Urban Development Department,including development of the department's enterprise architecture.
Thomas & Herbert Consulting LLC, a management consulting and information technology firm, has won six new contracts worth more than $20 million to provide a range of services to the Housing and Urban Development Department, the company said today.
Under a four-year contract with HUD's Office of the Chief Information Officer, Thomas & Herbert of Silver Spring, Md., will support development of the department's enterprise architecture, including ensuring compliance with federal disability and security requirements.
Under a five-year contract, Thomas & Herbert will provide business analysis, data mining and business intelligence services to the department's Multi-family Housing On-Line Property Integrated Information Suite initiative.
Under three task orders, Thomas & Herbert will support HUD's Office of Public and Indian Housing's Real Estate Assessment Center's Resident Assessment Subsystem, Physical Assessment Subsystem and Integrated Assessment Subsystem.
The Real Estate Assessment Center's mission is to centralize assessment of HUD housing. Thomas and Herbert will analyze housing data, develop performance scores and deliver assessment results to program staff and others, the company said.
Under a two-year contract, Thomas & Herbert will continue managing and operating the HOPE VI Grants Management System. The company will deliver management and program assistance to the program's headquarters, staff and grant recipients. The grants program is designed to replace dilapidated public housing with new sustainable, mixed-income communities.
