SRA wins large contract consolidation
SRA International Inc. won a five-year, $341 million contract from the General Services Administration to provide IT services and support for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.'s technology infrastructure.
SRA International Inc. won a five-year, $341 million contract from the General Services Administration to provide IT services and support for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.'s technology infrastructure, the company said today.
FDIC insures deposits at more than 9,000 banks and savings associations nationwide. The contract consolidates 36 contracts.
SRA will provide IT infrastructure support services to FDIC's Division of Information Resources Management. The company's services will include program management; client and help desk support; data center operations and local area network administration; security operations and support; systems engineering and integration; and equipment distribution. SRA's team includes Unisys Corp. and Northrop Grumman Corp.
The performance-based task order was issued under the Millennia contract that offers IT services to federal agencies.
Fairfax, Va.-based SRA provides IT services and solutions to federal government agencies and is No. 31 on Washington Technology's 2004 Top 100 list of prime federal contractors. It employs about 3,400 workers and had revenue of $615.8 million for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2004.
