Perot Systems won a two-year contract from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation to support its Legal Information Management System, the company said today.

Perot Systems won a two-year, $4.2 million contract from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation to support its Legal Information Management System, the company said today.

Awarded to Perot Systems Government Services Inc., the contract carries five one-year options. The system will allow the FDIC's legal division to identify, track and manage legal matters pertaining to the financial institutions it oversees.

Perot Systems will provide project management, systems integration, training and operations and maintenance support for the program in the Washington metropolitan area.

Based in Plano, Texas, Perot Systems Corp. is No. 46 on Washington Technology's 2004 Top 100 list of federal prime contractors. The IT services and business solutions company employs more than 14,000 in North America and had 2003 revenue of $1.5 billion.
