UAV wanted to aid anti-terrorism

The Air Force is looking for a tactical, remote-controlled air vehicle for security and counterterrorism efforts at its Air Mobility Command at McGuire Air Force Base in New Jersey.

The technology must be able to switch between electro-optical and infrared-optical capabilities. It should weigh no more than 40 pounds and be transportable by one person. The UAV should have a loiter speed of more than 40 knots and a sprint speed of more than 80 knots, with a loiter time of eight hours. There will be no formal RFP, as the Air Force reserves the right to select any, part of or none of the proposals it receives.
