Corps wants better planning

The Army Corps of Engineers in Baltimore needs architect-engineer services for two master planning contracts for Aberdeen Proving Ground, Md. The contracts may be used by other government agencies within the Installation Management Agency's northeast region.

The work calls for architectural, engineering and planning services, including the real property management system, environmental and economic analyses, geographic information systems, National Environmental Policy Act compliance and document preparation.

Tasks will be described in individual delivery orders issued at the request of Aberdeen Proving Ground. A fixed-price contract will be negotiated for each delivery order. Each contract will be worth up to $3 million and not exceed three years.
