The House Government Reform Committee this year will focus on implementation of the E-Government Act of 2002 and agency compliance with the Federal Information Security Management Act, according to committee chairman Tom Davis.

More money may be needed to pay for improved information security, said Rep. Davis, R-Va. The committee will oversee how agencies implement the Digital Tech Corps, cooperative purchasing and share-in-savings contracting, which were authorized in the E-Government Act, he said.
