Acquisition information system

The Transportation Department is doing market research to make a build vs. buy decision for a Web-based, enterprisewide, acquisition management information system.

The system must be able to manage the entire acquisition process, including workflow management, document generation and flexible reporting capabilities. The system also must be interoperable with Oracle Financials and components of the Integrated Acquisition Environment.
