Under the firm-fixed price, single award contract, the company will provide technical and administrative support for the office. The contact has one base year, with four option years.
A Defense Department agency, the National Reconnaissance Office operates the nation's reconnaissance satellites, which are used by the Central Intelligence Agency, the Defense Department and other agencies in the intelligence community.
The win closely follows the company's April 14 announcement that it won a $20 million contract to provide data analysis, design and engineering services for the Air Force's Data, Integration and Visualization for Automatic Target Recognition Systems program.
Employing about 7,300 people, Veridian has annual revenues of about $1 billion. The integrator focuses on providing of information-based systems and services for the intelligence community and the Department of Defense.
