ABM America wins subcontract for Pa. record management systems
ABM America Inc. won a $7.3 million subcontract from Lockheed Martin Corp. to provide a records management system to support a Pennsylvania State Police incident information management system.
The contract is ABM America's largest to date, company officials said.The records management system will be fielded as part of a regionalized rollout and training program beginning in November, state officials said.ABM America will integrate the records management system with other systems under the umbrella of the Pennsylvania State Police IIMS project. Lockheed Martin Corp. of Bethesda, Md., is the prime contractor on the 46-month, $123 million project. ABM America is a unit of ABM United Kingdom Ltd. of Nottingham, United Kingdom. The company has 115 employees worldwide.
Crime information in a centralized, shared statewide database
Tracking of lost, stolen or confiscated property, including drugs and firearms
Crime pattern analysis, prediction and location mapping from crime data
Management of at-risk children, domestic violence and sex offender cases
Management of procedures and payments relating to police informants
Indexing and on-demand retrieval of information such as crash scene data and handwritten notes
