The Bureau of the Public Debt is seeking information about commercial enterprise customer relationship management software to establish a process by which contacts, accounts and sales opportunities of Treasury securities can be managed.

The bureau is interested in CRM software that provides compatibility with its current IT environment, large enterprise scalability, minimal customization, an upgrade process requiring minimal to no downtime, and comprehensive, around-the-clock help-desk support, among other requirements. The vendor must also provide training for technical personnel and allow knowledge transfer for product maintenance.

The solicitation number is RFI-CRM1 on www.fedbizopps.gov.NASA's Johnson Space Center is soliciting information for document management software for the International Space Station Program.

The functionality needed includes providing access to engineering data for organizations and programs involved in the program. Services include project creation, management of various object types, including documents, two- and three-dimensional drawings, project requirements and associated project information. File formats to be supported include MS Word, Interleaf, Adobe Acrobat, Printerleaf, MS PowerPoint, Rich Text Format, Tagged Image File Format and MS Excel.

The system will institute a complete engineering life-cycle process to capture and manage engineering data, provide simplified administration, track changes, manage day-to-day operations and configuration management of data consisting of documents, drawings and images.
