GovNet Commenters List Released
The General Services Administration released the list of 167 respondents to its request for information for GovNet.
The General Services Administration released Dec. 6 the list of 167 respondents to its request for information for GovNet, the proposed secure government-only network suggested by Richard Clarke, the president's special adviser for cyberspace security.
A handful of the responses were submitted jointly by two or more companies, and at least one was submitted by an individual rather than a business.
GSA spokesman Bill Bearden said there is no further information available regarding the responses, most of which were marked proprietary.
