CACI Racks Up Another Deal

CACI International Inc. plans to purchase Digital Systems International Corp. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed, but privately held Digital Systems International had revenue of $55 million over the past 12 months.

CACI, based in Arlington, Va., said the acquisition will be financed through the company's existing credit facilities and is expected to be complete within 90 days.

Digital Systems International, also of Arlington, implements enterprise resource planning systems, including large-scale financial and human resource systems and e-procurement applications.

CACI has acquired 17 companies in the past seven years.
