eSABA Systems to Acquire NetX3
NOV. 22 ? eSABA Systems Inc. has entered a binding agreement to acquire NetX3 Inc. in a stock and cash transaction.

NOV. 22 ? eSABA Systems Inc. has entered a binding agreement to acquire NetX3 Inc. in a stock and cash transaction.
The government systems integrator, based in Austin, Texas, specializes in courthouse applications, such as online filing of documents and case management. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
NetX3's pVoice is a Web-based customer contact management application that integrates traditional call center communications with chat, e-mail, Web page collaboration and voice and video over Internet.
The application provides real-time customer communications while broadening the business opportunities of companies that use it, company officials said.
NetX3 is also of Austin and also provides system integration services and application hosting.
"We are very excited to be able to provide this level of sophistication in this area of [customer service] support, something none of our competitors are capable of doing," said Alison Hill, chief executive officer of eSABA Systems.
