Lines of business: Our core competencies are Healthcare IT, Human Centered Design (HCD), Data Science, AI Ops, Data Analytics, Enterprise Data Warehousing (EDW), Intelligent Process Automation (IPA), RPA, ML, IT modernization, Cloud, and DevSecOps. Our cloud computing services migrate legacy applications primarily using Azure and AWS. Our big data analytical services drive informed business decisions and we have substantial past performance in the Healthcare IT space. Our proprietary artificial intelligence platform VIBE automates IT operations and complex business processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to deliver scalable automated solutions.
Major customers: Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) Innovation Center (CMMI) is a data analytics contract associated with CMS' many data processing/database/payment models which involve highly disparate metadata. Other prime/sub work is with the HHS Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), the Maryland Department of Health Services (DHS) Health Benefits Exchange (MHBE), National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC), and the Maryland THINK Agile Scrum Resources Cyber Security Services project which is of key interest to the former and current Maryland Governor.
Major contracts/projects: Our premier large prime contract is with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) Innovation Center (CMMI) where our team of over 60 AI and Data Scientist FTEs perform data analytics work associated with CMS' many data processing/database/payment models which involve highly disparate processes and metadata. At the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Maryland Health Benefit Exchange (MHBE) and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) we perform enterprise/customer support services plus develop mission and business applications/tools/portals/web services. Similar work is performed at the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) along with enterprise computing, cloud modernization, data storage and user access to shared field services. Also, at the MHBE we are doing DevSecOps/Agile cloud migration work and have successfully deployed a proprietary robotic process automation (RPA) solution to automate beneficiary entitlement verification which is a solution for any other State exchange in America. Our RPA work is complemented by our machine learning (ML) expertise. At the Maryland THINK Agile Scrum Resources Cyber Security Services project, we continue to perform major cloud migration/integration work to bring together disparate systems, platforms and applications to better support citizen access to and delivery of healthcare benefits.
