Trax wins $692M Army testing support contract

The company will support work at the Aberdeen Test Center and Yuma Test Center under the contract with the Army Test and Evaluation Command.
Trax International has secured a five-year, $692 million contract to work with Army Test and Evaluation Command.
Work will take place at two locations – Aberdeen Test Center in Maryland and the Yuma Test Center in Arizona.
The company will support planning, conducting, analyzing and reporting on various tests. Trax will also develop testing methods for critical Army equipment.
Army officials set up the contract for Trax to start its work earlier in the acquisition cycle for a wide range of organizations.
Trax's work at two of the Army’s test centers means it will facilitate the sharing of innovations and technical solutions across both organizations, the company said.
“This work is at the forefront of the Army’s future technologies, concepts and programs,” Trax's CEO Brian Clark said in a release.
