BTMS is also using the transaction to expand its cybersecurity and data science offerings.

BTMS has made an acquisition to add more defense, security and mission support services.

The addition of Integrity Consulting Engineering & Security Solutions adds operational lines of work to BTMS’ offerings in cybersecurity, data science, analytics, and software engineering.

Financial terms of the transaction announced Tuesday were not disclosed.

Integrity also brings more access to government-wide contract vehicles and other multiple-award efforts. Integrity is a service-disabled/veteran-owned small business with positions on the OASIS and Navy Seaport-e vehicles, plus the Joint Enterprise Omnibus Program Engineering & Technical Support contract.

“Integrating Integrity into BTMS accelerates our ability to deliver mission impact at scale,” BTMS CEO Baly Ambegaoker said in a release. “Their global defense expertise and broad contract portfolio create powerful new avenues for our customers across the defense and intelligence communities.”

Ambegaoker's career in the market includes the founding of IDL Solutions in 1993 and its sale to CACI International in late 2012, as well as Centerpoint's start in 2014 and subsequent sale to Gunnison Consulting Group in 2022.

“Our combined teams bring unmatched technical depth — spanning cybersecurity, CBRN defense, nuclear surety, and mission engineering — while maintaining the agility of high‑performing businesses,” Integrity’s CEO Henry Chase said.
