Serco's North American arm hires new chief people officer
Melissa Marousek will lead the subsidiary's human resources strategy that involves talent management, organizational development and cultural transformation initiatives.
Serco Inc. has hired Melissa Marousek as its new chief people officer and she also joins as a senior vice president.
She will lead the human resources strategy that involves talent management, organizational development and cultural transformation initiatives.
Marousek brings around 20 years of experience in HR, including leadership positions at J&J Worldwide Services and Lockheed Martin.
“Melissa’s deep understanding of the government contract industry, proven track record of strategic leadership in human resources, and passion for building high-performing teams makes her a great addition to the Serco leadership team,” said Tom Watson, CEO of Serco Inc.
Her role at J&J included HR diligence activities related to its acquisition in the spring by CBRE Group.
