ASRC Federal hires new president for civilian, health business
This 25-year industry veteran most recently led Science Applications International Corp.'s digital transformation group.
ASRC Federal has brought in Sanjay Sardar to be president of the company’s civilian and health group.
Sardar joins ASRC Federal from Science Applications International Corp., where he held several leadership positions including his most recent role as head of the digital transformation group. He was responsible for SAIC's advanced data analytics service line and led a business unit in the federal civilian group.
At ASRC Federal, the 25-year market veteran will lead a business that provides technology and business solutions to government customers. That includes IT and data analytics offerings.
"Sanjay understands how delivering smart, technology-based solutions can benefit our federal customers' missions, from safe aviation and food supply to public health," ASRC Federal CEO Jennifer Felix said in a release Tuesday.
Prior to SAIC, Sardar was chief information officer at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. He has also worked in leadership roles at General Dynamics, DDLabs and Oracle.
