J&J Worldwide Services adds to board, executive team

A pair of government contracting veterans join the board room and executive team at J&J Worldwide Services.

J&J Worldwide Services has bolstered its board room and executive suite by bringing on a couple veteran government contracting executives.

The new chairman of J&J is Ed Casey, most recently CEO of Idemia’s North American business. He also was a senior executive at Serco Group, serving as its chief operating officer for 12 years. He also served as acting CEO at one point.

Also headed to J&J as chief financial officer is Doug Kollme. He has served as the CFO at several contracting firms including Customer Value Partners, the Buffalo Group, Endera Systems, and InfoZen.

J&A is backed by private equity firm Arlington Capital Partners and has been at work building out the management team of the company, which provides mission-essential preventative maintenance to government sites around the globe.

Other recent hires include:

  • Norman Bishop, vice president of corporate development. He most recently led mergers and acquisitions at Cubic Corp.
  • Christopher Demers, head of human resources. He led at HR at companies including VMware, Apple, Dell and Home Depot.
  • Chris Holden, vice president of business development. He held the same position at PAE’s global mission services business.
