NetImpact adds new chief growth officer

NetImpact brings in a nearly three-decade industry veteran to the newly-created post of chief growth officer.

NetImpact Strategies has hired Sharon Jimenez as its new chief growth officer, recruiting her away from a business development role at LMI.

Jimenez brings over three decades of experience to the new position overseeing sales and business development initiatives. She will report to NetImpact CEO Venkatapathi “PV” Puvvada.

Prior to NetImpact, Jimenez most recently led civilian healthcare business development for LMI. She is also a former chief strategy and growth officer for ERP International, where she led captures adding up to multiple billions of dollars in value. Her career prior to LMI includes sales and growth leadership roles at UnitedHealth Group/Optum and CGI.

“Sharon’s extensive experience across federal healthcare, DOD, Homeland Security, and other civilian market sectors along with her expertise in building and leading high performing teams will help accelerate NetImpact’s growth journey,” Puvvada said.

Jimenez is also active in industry groups including HIMSS, ACT-IAC, and AFCEA as well as several charitable organizations including the NIH Children’s Inn and National Foundation for Cancer Research.
