Amentum hires former SAIC finance chief

Amentum's new chief financial officer joins the company after five years in the same capacity at Science Applications International Corp.
Amentum said Wednesday it has hired a new chief financial officer in Charles Mathis, who formerly served in the same capacity at Science Applications International Corp.
Mathis retired from SAIC last year after nearly five years there as its finance chief.
He is also a former CFO for defense companies Force Protection and EFW, as well as the commercial IT and cloud firm ScanSource.
