Altamira Technologies Corp. has made two additions to its leadership team to help manage and steer the company through its growth and diversification strategy.
The company hired a new chief human capital officer in Caroline McConnell, a nearly three-decade federal market veteran and former Science Applications International Corp. executive.
McConnell spent nearly 12 years in leadership roles at SAIC before she became chief HR officer at Engineering Solutions & Products, which was acquired last year by Sev1Tech.
She will focus on building programs to help Altamira attract, develop and retain talent.
Altamira has also added a new vice president of business development in Jason Siminski, who will focus on growing the company’s analytics and engineering work in the national security community.
The 23-year veteran held leadership roles at SAIC and before that the Defense Threat Reduction Agency.
