Peraton adds new talent acquisition lead

Peraton has hired nearly 15-year federal market veteran Alison Paris as its vice president of talent acquisition, the company said Thursday.

She will lead the company’s talent acquisition functions involving strategy development, hiring, onboarding, redeployment and establishing operational metrics. Paris will report to Chief Human Resources Officer Laurie Foglesong and work with the company’s sector leaders and corporate communications team.

Before joining Peraton, Paris was director of talent acquisition strategy and operations at CACI International. Her career also includes time at Science Applications International Corp., Engility Corp., TASC and Northrop Grumman in roles for talent acquisition, recruiting, change management and marketing communications.
