CNSI appoints new finance chief

Health care technology company CNSI said Tuesday it has hired two-decade government market veteran David Adams as chief financial officer.

Adams will lead work to develop the Rockville, Maryland-based contractor’s capital structure in support of its organic growth and companion strategy surrounding acquisitions of other businesses.

Potential transactions and developments in the health care market were among several topics WT recently discussed with CNSI CEO Todd Stottlemyer in this article here.

Prior to CNSI, Adams held the CFO post at Tribalco and a similar finance chief role at the former QinetiQ North America government services business.

He also is a former finance VP at Science Applications International Corp. and started his career at PwC as manager of audit and business advisory practices.
