Ensco taps L3 vet for CFO role

Ensco said Monday it has hired former L3 Technologies executive and 25-year government market veteran Thomas DeFrank as chief financial officer.

DeFrank succeeds Mike Bogdanovic, who is stepping down and transitioning into a new part-time role as director of Ensco’s retirement plan and special projects.

More recently at L3, DeFrank was a vice president of finance and directed both accounting operations and financial analysis.

His career also includes roles at Science Applications International Corp., Lockheed Martin, Delphinus Engineering and NRG Energy.
