Deloitte hires GSA vet Kevin Youel Page

Deloitte has hired former General Services Administration official Kevin Youel Page as a specialist executive in the professional services firm’s civil government sector.

Youel Page will help lead Deloitte’s collaboration with civilian agency clients to advance service delivery transformation and shared services. He will also provide strategic insight and thought leadership in his new role, Deloitte said Tuesday.

More recently, Youel Page was deputy commissioner of GSA’s Federal Acquisition Service. His career at GSA also included service as assistant commissioner for the agency’s Integrated Award Environment and deputy assistant commissioner for the Integrated Technology Service.

Prior to GSA, Youel Page worked at the Treasury Department and led its staff responsible for acquisition policy, human capital, oversight and continuous improvement. He led the effort to start the Treasury’s first strategic sourcing program, which later became the Federal Strategic Sourcing Initiative through a collaboration with the Office of Management and Budget and other agencies.
