Calibre Systems elevates three to EVP ranks

Government services contractor Calibre Systems promotes and gives executive vice president titles to three members of its management team.

Government services contractor Calibre Systems has promoted three members of its management team to the executive vice president ranks in a shift that took effect Monday, May 1.

The Alexandria, Va.-based company's transition sees Shawn Gundrum appointed as EVP and chief operating officer, Janice Lambert as EVP and chief financial officer, and Craig College as EVP and chief strategy officer.

Gundrum will lead the company’s four operations divisions, support business development staffers and oversee sales and service delivery functions. He joined Calibre in 2009 after his retirement from the Army.

Lambert’s new responsibilities at CFO will also include management of Calibre’s employee stock ownership plan and retirement program in addition to her roles as treasurer and corporate secretary. She came to the company in 2016 as VP and assistant treasurer after an 18-year government career that included financial leadership roles at the FBI, Treasury, Internal Revenue Service and Office of the Director of National Intelligence.

College will oversee work on industry analyses and preparing strategies, proposal development, contracts, procurement and project management. He joined Calibre in 2012 after a 34-year government career that included service as a military officer and in the Senior Executive Service.
