Leidos wins $22M contract to support Army simulation efforts
Leidos has won a $22 million contract to support the U.S. Army Program Executive Office – Simulation, Training and Instrumentation.
Leidos has won a $22 million contract to support the U.S. Army Program Executive Office – Simulation, Training and Instrumentation.
The contract was awarded under the Army’s Synthetic Environment Core Common Virtual Environment Management contract, which is part of a program to provide simulations with the ability to fully integrate and interoperate within live, virtual, constructive and gaming training domains to ensure the "Fair Fight,” Leidos said in a release.
Under the delivery order, Leidos will continue to provide terrain data and battlefield equipment representations to support effective and realistic training environments for a broad range of simulation systems.
Work will be performed in Orlando, Fla.
