Constellation West names new director of BD for federal civilian affairs

Constellation West has named Pam Flail director of business development for federal civilian affairs, where she will develop, mature, capture and manage new business opportunities.

In her new role, Flail will be responsible for strategic planning, business capture and proposal support, program management and pipeline development, the company said in a release.

She joins Constellation West from the All Native Group, the government services division of Ho-Chunk Inc., where she served as director of staff augmentation. She has also held positions at SCI Consulting Inc., CALNET Inc., DynCorp International and DRS Technical Services.
