ICF International has named Seth Hulkower senior vice president in its energy, environment and transportation group, where he will lead the design and implementation of ICF’s expansion into the distribution arena for electric operations, customer operations and business process outsourcing.

The company plans on expanding in the distribution arena for electric operations, customer operations and business process outsourcing.

Before Strategic Energy Advisors, Hulkower worked as chief operating officer of Long Island Power Authority from 1996 to 2007.

He is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, and has been a board member of the Electric Power Research Institute and a member of the Large Public Power council steering committee, the company said.
