Command and control kit sought

The Army's Surface Deployment and Distribution Command is looking for vendors to provide a standard, mobile, lightweight, rapidly deployable, self-contained command, control, communications and computers system called a flyaway communications kit.

The kit must be a scalable system with voice, data, video and automatic identification technology capabilities. It also must be transportable by one person. All requirements will be awarded to one contractor. Responses are due June 21. Contact the Surface Deployment and Distribution Command at
