Career Background: Twenty years at Xerox Corp. in positions of ascending responsibility, including vice president and general manager, and vice president of graphic arts marketing in the southern United States. Most recently was with an information security and privacy startup consulting firm.

In this present, tightening economy, what do you see as your biggest challenge regarding business?

"Really knowing our customers, so that we can meet and exceed their current and emerging needs. Really anticipating where our customers are going, so we can always add value."

What is the biggest change for you in taking this new role?

"Having worked previously for a manufacturer, it's a luxury to have a broad variety of products and services available to meet customer requirements and to match those products and services with customer needs."
