"Really knowing our customers, so that we can meet and exceed their current and emerging needs. Really anticipating where our customers are going, so we can always add value."

What is the biggest change for you in taking this new role?

"Having worked previously for a manufacturer, it's a luxury to have a broad variety of products and services available to meet customer requirements and to match those products and services with customer needs."
